Mad Warren LLC was founded by Michael Narish in 2024 after identifying a need in the firearms community for a readily available fundamental pistol red dot training program, specifically for law enforcement agencies transitioning from iron sight pistols to pistols with red dot mounted optics.

Michael Narish served as an Illinois State Police officer for 26 yrs.  Before retiring, he was the training coordinator for the Chicagoland area,  overseeing 3 shooting ranges, multiple training facilities, and the annual training of over 400 sworn officers.  In 2024, Michael Narish developed the Illinois State Police Red Dot Pistol Student and Instructor curriculum, which was used to transition 1500 Illinois State Police Officers from iron sight pistols to red dot mounted pistols over a period of 6 months.  Michael Narish oversaw the Red Dot Pistol training for approximately 40 firearm instructors and 400 officers.   

 

All Mad Warren instructors are certified through numerous organizations and have decades of experience providing pistol and rifle training to civilians, law enforcement, and military personnel.​
